Method of Payment
Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received. Payments can be made by:

Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for paying by credit card. The order amount is therefore € 1,540, when you register before 29 October 2007 and € 1,746, when you register after that.
After you have finished the Worldpay payment procedure, you will get an e-mail confirmation of your registration with an official invoice for your reference within three days of your order.

Please note that registrations by delegates from companies in the Netherlands are subject to a 19% VAT charge. The total registration price for those companies is € 1,833 (incl. 19% VAT), when you register before 29 October 2007 and € 2,078 (excl. 19% VAT), when you register hereafter.
