Company
PROSOY Research & Strategy has been set up by Gerard Klein Essink. He has worked internationally in the food industry for close to 20 years. His experience lies in business-to-business as well as business-to-consumer markets. He started his career with a multi-national food starch ingredient company in business-to-business, followed by a step into the consumer industry with an innovative meat free foods company, which is part of a global food company.
Before starting PROSOY he was Vice-President Sales and Business Development Manager with the FMCG company and General Manager, Global Business Manager, Asia Pacific Marketing Manager as well as Research and Application Manager with the food ingredient company. He holds a MSc in Food Technology with the Wageningen University and the highest degree in Strategic Marketing attainable in The Netherlands (MBA level).
