Conference Objective

PROSOY has been hosting Soya Drinks & Desserts conferences in Europe and Asia since 2005. With the growth of the consumption of rice and oat-based drinks & desserts, it is time to extend the scope to “dairy-free” to include these products as well. Moreover, to broaden the scope of the conference and focus more on consumers, markets and retail. The 2006 conference in Bangkok (Thailand) has proven to be a successful platform for the Asian industry to get together, which is a good reason to host in 2008 the 2nd conference. New companies have entered the market place in the recent years. What are the key success drivers in the various countries? How do key retailers look at the category opportunities? Brand leaders will share their views and opinions with the audience. Which developments in scientific research and in the health claim arena will offer new opportunities for the category?

The 2nd Soy Beverages Innovations conference will enable leaders from the soy and dairy beverages industry to explore the growth options and opportunities surrounding the increased interest in healthy snacks. It is an excellent platform for networking in and with the healthy & nutritional market industry.
